Spence has set a personal mission to help 1,000,000 transform their lives into happiness and success. He is a high performance person and sets his personal standards high and hopes to help others do the same. His call to everyone is, ”You are powerful beyond measure.”

Raised in a dysfunctional home with bad role models and survival of the fittest mentality, Spence survived. He knows you do not have to accept your past as gospel or let that hold you back. You do not need to carry the victim label. A key success was reconnecting with a step-brother after 25  years and answering the question, “Why do you have all this, and I carry bad memories and have less?” This was an enlightening moment for the brother and for Spence. His answer, “I have all this because I decide to have it.” And he knows you can as well. Why? Because “You are powerful beyond measure.”

As a facilitator, coach, and change agent for a Fortune 500 company, Spence is continuously bombarded with negative thoughts and dire thinking. He has learned to create his own positive life by changing his state using the right personal choices, affirmations, and meditation. To help inspire change, Spencer shares powerful stories of the possibility. His thrust is with motivating the masses, lifting others to higher places, and leading from a “can do” place rather than a “can’t be done” place.

He has also been a speaker at national conferences. His message was about team building and shifting the corporate culture toward a team based philosophy rather than the out dated Theroy X philosophy of yesteryear. Large corporations such as Honda and General Motors were inspired by his message and outside the box ideas. He and his partner were awarded “Best Presentation” by the Employee Involvement Association.

Public speaking is in Spence’s bones. Since his early teen years speaking at church, he has always been quite comfortable in front of a crowd. Currently, he facilitates, coaches, provides training, and moving speeches to help change minds, attitudes, and ideals.Spence also loves to help others increase their life’s effectiveness through action, accountability, and personal coaching to take you to the next level in your business or life.

Choices matter and Spence knows that you get to choose everyday which attitude you will carry. Will you wake up and be mad at the world or decide to embrace the world with positive thoughts? Will you wake up and frown at the world or decide to smile and help someone else smile? Choose the latter and you choose to be a light in our world. Why make your day harder than it has to be.
