Our world needs a boost. We need more positive and less negative events and people. We need the media to chill more. It’s about hope, love, and care not about ratings or who is right and who is wrong.

Look around you. People on corners with cardboard signs are hurting. People who have lost jobs, dignity, and everything are hurting. It is no longer about Darwinism. The world is shifting. The messages are shifting. We need hope. We need love. We need care. And each and every one of us is obligated to give it freely to those who need it most.

I encourage you to be a giver first. Don’t expect anything in return. Just give. Give to help others feel better. Give to be a big person in a world that so desperately needs your care and love of the human spirit.

Go through your closest and bag up all those extra clothes and shoes and give it away to those in need.

Roll down your window at that freeway exit and give away some extra cash to help someone in need. It’s only money. You’ll get more.

Send a letter encouraging someone to keep plugging along. Don’t let them quit or fail at life. Be a lifter of their spirit.

Volunteer to help an elderly person with some chores or to get to the store. Heck why not pay for their groceries while you are at the store.

Help someone rebuild something they lost in a storm, fire, or disaster.

Be the one person who cares and go make a big difference in our world. Be hope. Be love. Be care.
