Your Monday Matters

Marc Allen in his seminar for his book Millionaire Course talks about Mondays. Allen professes himself to be basically a lazy person who doesn’t follow schedules or take things too serious. He also avoids Mondays and calls them Moon days or the day to easy into the week. Tuesdays are more favorable for Allen to begin the week because they are Mars days.

Allen talks about this obsession with not taking life so serious in a humorous way. Even though I believe Monday matter, I align with Allen’s view of relaxing more and easing up on pressing so hard.

So, in the scheme of the week, Monday matters. It is the key to a great week or one that may not measure up to what you had expected. Choose to treat Mondays as your power day of the week. It is your day to begin right. Practice these four things to help your get moving foward toward your best life.

1. Take 10 mintues to review your goals.
2. Read and visualize your affirmations. Write some new ones.
3  Find a quiet spot and meditate on your perfect Monday.
4. Invest 5 minutes taking some deep breathes to release negative energy.
